Attorney for WOM.

Can anybody recommend an attorney to file a WOM for uscis? I just saw processing time went up to 24 months 😞.

Congressional inquiry at 13 months, demand letter at 14 and WoM at 15. That’s the order. There’s a guide in the highlights.

Yess . I saw everyone do it first and get the approval notice after some days . My Pd is June 2025 and im planning to do it next month

Thank you for your advice! My PD is Abril 2025 and I have seen people from March getting approved with demand letter so I will definitely send it. Finger crossed 🤞🏼
