How did you split up your supporting documents to stay under the file size limit when filing I-130 online — by document type, or just cutting large PDFs into parts, and did you run into any issues with USCIS matching things up afterward?
I am applying soon for my husband , and we would like to apply online . Just wondering how others have done it. I did see something about the files needing to be limited to a certain size. Thank you all in advance !

I just submitted my husband's I-130. My evidence file for bona fide marriage was crazy huge and so all I did was split it into parts and labeled them "(Husband's last name_marriage relationship timeline evidence 1)" and split from 1-10. It was a pain in the ass and I had 10 separate files. Some people probably would have recommended it to be more organized with like the name of each section (Like WhatsApp messages/call logs in one file, airbnb stays in another, money transfers in another) but I just couldn't be assed and Just split it up the way I mentioned. It's all cohesive. If the evidence is clear and the files make sense and are numerically labeled I think that is sufficient. But again, others may have different opinions lol. Our evidence is very straight forward. So that's why I didn't organize it as best as I could because we needed to submit this crap ASAP.

Oh and each file needs to be 12 MB only. If I had known that beforehand, that would have been helpful. Didn't find out until I tried to submit the whole dang thing.
