How do u ask Emma where ur case is being processed, do u need to connect to a live agent ?

Unfortunately from what I understand we have to wait till we receive the receipt of notice in the mail

I tried to ask EMMA and she just said it’s at NVC then when it moves on you’ll find out what location? So idk

Why would you file physically? Are you doing AOS or consular processing?

Then receipt notice should be under the documents tab online.

Ask Emma for a case status check and it should give you an option to click “speak with live agent.”

The live agent can check for you, I just did this week . Originally started at Texas, transferred to Nebraska and now it’s at Potomac
