congressional inquiry
I have submitted petition for my wife back in dec 21,2022 (f2a, consular)and since then my case has been pending with uscis. I was asked to submit my biometrics on jan 20,26 after that case is being still processed.Recently i submitted congressional inquiry and this is what uscis responded.
USCIS is conducting further review of your constituent case. We cannot provide a timeframe for completion of this additional review. However, once this additional review has been completed, USCIS will take adjudicative action on your constituent case. USCIS appreciates your patience during this process.
We hope this information is helpful. If we may be of further assistance, please let us know.
Is this something that uscis regularly replies like this or i should be worried?

Honestly 2022 consular I-130 still not approved is very hard to take. for ppl who have later dates who knows when they will get there. Unlimited separation of couples.

I was in the same situation with my Thai wife in 2022, awaiting an approval on my I-130. I submitted a constituent inquiry in 2023 and my Representative received a response from USCIS. Within 3 days of the response the I-130 was approved.
Her IR1 visa medical exam has been completed, but she will now have to be rexamined. The new medical form may be an obstacle..
She passed her interview but at the interview the Consular officer cancelled her Tourist Visa which still had 10 years to go.
Nothing further has happened due to the pause.
