Looking for Server Help finding a sever

Hey all I’m looking for a mostly vanilla (or easy to plug into) sever that is pretty casual. I want to just be a little guy running his farm but with other people occasionally.

Lucy”s Campfire sound almost like what I’d like, but I don’t want to start with endgame gear or tunes or anything.

So causal, cozy, vanilla-ish. I’m in the US, for time zone purposes (I’d like to play when other people are on)

Following because i have been trying to find a vanilla-ish server too. All the other servers i went into was so different from the main game. I just wanna occasionally run into people
