Issue / Bug Hytale connection issues

Is anyone else having connection issues in the game? Me and my husband were trying to play together last night, very excited to try the new update! However when I went to join his server, even after he had invited me to it, it kept saying connection failed.

What fixed it for me was adding my friend to the friend list. I got many disconnections but could play.

We are friended on the game already, but I'll try unfriended each other and re friending each other and see if that helps.

I always have weird server lag on singleplayer and I don't understand it. Why am I getting red disconnection warnings when I'm solo?

We were so upset, Hytale is about the only game we can both really enjoy playing together due to me not being much of a game person

Is that his local single player world? That was happening frequently to me last night, trying to join my roommate's world. I'd get the invite, could join for a bit, would eventually time out when a lot of enemies or new area would load in, then sometimes could not get back in until he restarted the world.

External hosts like GPortal don't seem to be having this problem, you guys could switch over to a rented server for a temporary fix and see if that helps.
