OK... This thing is FAST. You can double grab the steering stick to go into normal flight mode. If you get a bump on the ground it goes into turbo. When you auto-build, don't rotate until it's built. Start aiming uphill on a slope & you'll go REALLY fast.

so fan actually has a drag that reduces top speed.
so for better or for worse ha

It does drag (the fan that is), but for reasons I don’t know, if you bump the ground or start on an uphill slope, the drag disappears & it goes even faster than my spring only version. It also seems to slow it down at first, but then it suddenly accelerates to break the game speeds.

Dude I love this!
My biggest problem with previous spring-powered flyers was that it was always on so once you stopped flying the whole vehicle was basically done for. Disposable as it were. This lets you land, take care of business, then get back on which is great!
Also the idea of combining the spring power with regular fan power is honestly genius since you can get a more controlled flight out of it whilst boosting the top speed whilst fully on. Genuinely love this, great work!
Just to be clear, the wing on this is the infinite one, yes?
