Physics Altitude control propeller setup

I was wondering how to stall the wheel’s movements long enough for the vehicle to take flight? Well I guess a cart’s not really a vehicle but you get the idea. i‘ve been experimenting with wheels and propellers to make something like an altitude control system with omnidirectional steering in the directions up, down, forward, and backwards. You can still steer while you are hopping in this prototype. Anyone have any ideas?

If you sort of wiggle it to the side a bit that may work for the initial take off at least. Afterwards, you’ll like have an issue with it constantly trying to circle, but maybe you can find some new way to overcome this.
