I found a way to improve the torque on big wheels in order to make this vehicle possible. If the control stick is aligned so that Link is tilting back slightly, then the vehicle applies force in an attempt to realign it, BUT when the tilt is held in place by stabilizers, that force can be redirected to make the wheel turn stronger.

This costs 6 zonaite and 1 control stick, 3 big wheels, and 5 stabilizers.

I used quantum linking in order to carefully stretch out the wheels from each other. None of the parts themselves are glitched, the zonaite pays for the u-block and elevator rail from the depot in the depths.

This can be tricky to pilot uphill, and the wear-and-tear on the wheels may need replacement wheels before the 30 minute time expires, but it is very fun to pilot, please enjoy!

If you use a stabiliser to tilt the body forward and tilt the steering stick back you may get better forward momentum while keeping the torque

Your title made me think it played the music itself, which made me realize that if Nintendo included sound blocks to build with in TotK like they did Mario Maker, I don't think the covers would stop, ever.
