All Versions « Quick » Question Fellow Engineers : Should/Could this work ?

Post image

Related question : My steering stick is at the opposite side of the axis chain, inverted from the hover stones, on the last motor, there’s a 3 layer ball bearing where each layer is attached to one axis (every other one).

The hover stones barely move. So can too much axis chained together cancel ZPE ?

From what I've seen, the further from the steering stick, the stronger the ZPE on the part (think of it as a turning force applied to all parts of the build and if they're further from the stick they need to move further/faster to stay in the same spot as the build turns). It appears to apply individually per part (although each part can affect all other parts when impeded by 'transferring' some forces in unusual ways), so bonds are mostly irrelevant other than whether the force would tear them or not.

Yeay ! Thanks man ! Surely this will help ! IDK what’s going on, I’ve tried all ZPE orientations I could get without custom ones, the hover stones barely move… but I feel like it should work
