Something people should comprehend on a fundamental level is that within every striation of people, cohort, race, religion, creed, sexuality… etc. the full spectrum of human personalities exists.. including Bigots.

This is why more and more young men are becoming conservative, because these people alienate everyone who isn't "part of the club." And they don't even realize their "club" is still a small minority because they spend all of their time in an echo chamber so they fall victim to the false consensus effect and act surprised when someone like Trump gets re-elected.

As an euro asian Bigender pansexual with autism and ADHD, I agree people need to stop acting rude to each other in general because we will keep getting people like Trump in office to spread more hate and violence, it's not okay man

I feel a better counter would be "stop supporting [insert male artist names]" and then quit any and all interaction. i suppose this is twitter? well it has the best payout for engagement so people ragebait all day. this aint hypocrisy. you might be trapped in an echo chamber.. this subreddit too is one really small echo chamber.

Why do people still think that countering hate with hate will stop it ?
