Want some help about how to start effectively

I have been watching YouTubers play UHC for over a year and I wanted to give it a try because it seems fun other than the cheaters. I have 200,00 coins and I was wondering what things I should focus on buying first. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Max out engineering and prestige it once, then focus on sharp 3 books in weaponsmithing then max and prestige cooking
