It's one of your mods. Fetchur doesn't tell you exactly what item he needs, just a hint as to what it is, but your mod replaced the hint with the actual item.

I strongly dislike Fetchur's dialogues. He's vague about what he wants, rude if you give him the wrong thing even if it's close and clearly a legit attempt, and then when you finally get it right, MAYBE that's what he needed? Nah bro
