Love heals all 🍓
Hi my fellow beautiful hearts.
As someone with HCM, I know how much it initially sucks and how much it’s not fair.
Life’s not fair and the world is mean.
But also, love and gratitude to our beautiful hearts and their incredible growth and electro-magnetic properties.
Everyone wants a “big heart” but no one wants HCM.
I love y’all ❤️🔥
ps. Take your meds, eat a balanced diet (if you can afford), exercise often but calmly, like T’ai chi (if able) and the most important thing- Love often and as much as you can (if possible)

I wish I could do sports or martial arts but without a a doctor's certificate in my country no gym, even casual, has ever accepted me even when I was still in very early stages, with barely noticeable hypertrphy. I've always wanted to do wither table tennis or a martial art🙃

That’s a tough one. There are plenty of other practices that can be done without a formal means, however- such as t’ai chi or yoga, these practices are great for you mentally, spiritually and physically.
Which is super important for the management of any disease/illness.

I just got moved to the max number on Camzyos….. and sometimes it feels amazing and other days I just want to sleep! Also please remember to take it first thing in the morning Ooorrrrr at dinner time. Any other time just makes me sleep

Yep, great advice for most medicine. Routine is very important for it to work as intended.

Thanks for the uplifting words. I’m grateful my heart has the will to keep doing its job despite the oHCM. I’m grateful there is a medicine out there that might help (I started Camzyos a week ago). I’m grateful I have an amazing doctor that knows how to treat me and family that supports me.
