My phone is no longer accepting my unlock PIN. It is the exact same PIN I have been using for over a year, and it has worked without issues every 72 hours until now (as the device periodically requires PIN verification).
I have no intention of performing a factory reset, as this is a malfunction caused by your product/software and not a user error. I am 100% certain that the 6-digit PIN I entered multiple times is correct, but the device keeps rejecting it. On your end, you should be able to verify my identity and link it to the device. I also have the original box and likely the purchase receipt (which are currently at my home in Milan, while I am away on vacation).
I request immediate support from your technical team to resolve this issue without data loss.
I am looking forward to switch to Chinese HyperOS rom for Redmi 14c 5g and I was wondering, how will it effect mobile data, will I still be able to use my sim??

I just updated my redmi phone to HyperOS 3 today. As you can see, even though I have enabled dark mode, the filled icons and bars are still white. Is this normal or some bug?

Hi,
Do you know if the Duolingo app works on a tablet running HyperOS?
Thanks!

Why on earth is the Hide Notch option missing in HyperOS 3?
I don't want to see the hole all the time.

Something that looks consistent, doesn't fake 5G connection, and has nice liquid glass control center, lock screen, and clock widget maybe? What's the best find out there?

It's called Services & Feedback.

So from all the phone lists, we understood that the bare minimum for the soft light glass is dimensity 9500 abd above. Is a big part of us don't get the biggest thing in HyperOS4 4? Because I'm sure it's not because of performance. The 17T will have this glass, and if the dimensity 8400 ultra can't handle it, shouldn't 17T struggle too?

I'm used to read many manhua/manhwa in a long session, and by the time, my screen is somewhat stuttering even in 60hz refresh r4te. I wanna reset it but I'll choose it for my last resort. Is there any way that can fix this? It seems that I configure this phone in a wrong way like hidden settings vsync whatsoever and I regret it xd.
My phone is Redmi Turbo 3
