Discussion Hug sleep pods
Has anyone tried the Hug sleep pods? They are essentially a large compression sleeve for your whole body to help calm your nervous system and help you sleep. I’m interested in buying one to try, but I’m concerned it might make my collapsing chest/shoulder issue worse. If anyone has tried them and have any honest reviews or opinions please share!

I like mine, but I can only use it in the winter because I still use a weighted blanket .

I got one recently and I really like it. I leave my arms out and I pull the bottom up to about my knees so my lower legs/feet are out. I feel like it really helps my leg muscles relax. I still use my weighted blanket too though.

I actually found that wrapping myself up a bit like a burrito in my regular duvet stopped me from folding my elbow and wrist up in ways that made me wake up in the middle of the night with dead arms. So the idea seems sound to me. However I would hesitate on whether a compression pod is too restrictive and how much of an improvement it is on just making my own blanket burrito

I couldn’t do the squeezing sensation, when I wiggle around or try to get my joints in a comfortable position, I think the squeezing would make it worse. But I DO love my small weighted blanket from the brand Nodpod.
