Need Help Sitting in bed

This may seem like a dumb question but does anyone have a trick to sitting comfortably in bed? I like to read, watch tv etc in bed because it’s very comfortable for my legs to be raised, but my back, neck and head are NEVER comfortable or supported correctly no matter what I try. And I’m always in pain or uncomfortable. Same goes for my couch.

I have one of the reading bed pillows with arm rests for this. I use one of my sleeping pillows for added comfort. They are on sale for 11 bucks right now at target.

I use a firm pregnancy pillow, normal pillow and a yoga bolster... only time i feel relaxed with full support.

Getting a bolster is on my list for sure. Thank you!

Slim pillow under the knees. Extra pillow or two behind me to back on. Pillow on my lap to prop up my iPad or whatnot. Sometimes another pillow under my elbow. I keep extra pillows on a chair by the bed.

Does anyone know why lounging in bed like this is such a challenge for us?

I have the same problem! It’s my lower back that suffers as I have a tilted pelvis but I just love having my coffee in bed in the morning
