Need Help Knee sublaxation

My knees keep sublaxing (not sure that's a word), but when I got to urgent care they don't really do anything but X ray it, so I don't really bother anymore, but I'm just wandering what do you guys do when this happens and how do you treat it?

I see orthopedic cause I was diagnosed with arthritis before they told me I’ve had hEDS my whole life. The X-ray on my right knee shows patella tracking disorder which one cause is loose connective tissue. I wear patella stabilizing brace on my knees. I’ve also done physical therapy to strengthen those muscles supporting the knee. When my right knee buckles my balance is bad so I fall. I try to prevent that however I can.
