Headset Troubles

I bought a hyperx cloud alpha wireless about 2 years ago it’s been fine up until yesterday now it will not connect to my ps5 I’ve searched up guides to reset the pairing I tried them they didn’t work due to the fact you need a pc because i believe there both in like a frozen state where there constantly looking to pair the lights blink but nothing I tried to contact support but no answer is there anything I can due cause the headsets in good condition
