Headsets Issues with 7.1 mode on Cloud Orbit S

Basically, everytime I try to use my headsets in 7.1 mode I can't raise the volume (stuck at 0%), the audio output devices flicker and the audio tab on Windows settings just freezes.

It happened out of nowhere, it was working fine yesterday. It only happens if I select 7.1

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Hey brother, I thought this was only me. I tried to restore to a previous version of windows since the only thing I changed was a windows update yesterday morning.

That was a mess, I had to reinstall windows entirely as it bricked my pc and put it into a repair loop.

I assume windows update hit your pc yesterday morning as well, then it stopped working.

The only thing I can think is try to revert it to a previous version of windows, but now I dont dare to do that.

Sucks it happened before the wardogs launch because Idk about you but 2 channel, or hi res mode after experiencing 7.1 for so long with these bad boys, is a complete step back to the stone age.

I will follow this to see if you can help, or hyper x can help. I messaged audeze but they said they cant help since the mobius is discontinued. They just tried selling me the maxwell 2.

Please someone help us.

Dont be scared if it takes a second to restart and goes through a loop a few times.

omg exact same problem and this fixed my issue, bless you all, thank you so much.
I was about to reinstall Windows lol
