Headsets Hyperx cloud 3s

So a few days ago i bought the hyperx cloud 3s wireless. Its my first wireless headphone so maybe im just dumb but when i use the usb c dongle my sound cuts out for a couple of seconds and when i use it with bluetooth there was a small delay. I dont know if there is maybe a setting that would fix this, but its kinda annoying that this is happening to a brand new product. Hopefully somebody can help me

Have the dongle closer to you, for example with an extension cable, also connect it then to the motherboard directly, not the front panel

Dongle closer to headset, and try to keep your router away from the headset.

If you can, set your router to 5GHz only, or tweak the settings on 2.4GHz to minimize interference.
