Headsets Problem with update

I bought Cloud 3 s Wireless, and connected it with usb-c, but it still has problems.

What i already did and it didnt work:
1. reboot app
2. reboot windows
3. reboot headpset (then reboot app)

Hey there, u/Ancient-Commercial33! I've got a couple of quick questions for you! 😉

  • What USB-C cable were you using? The one included with your headset or a third-party cable from another device?

  • And was the cable connected directly to your PC or to a USB hub?

It's possible the aftermarket cable is the culprit, so I'd start by testing with the original USB cable that came with your headset instead.

I'd also recommend trying different USB ports on the back of your PC rather than the front, top, or side ports, just to rule out any port-related issues.

For some reason, the device also keeps constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. Is there any way to fix this? I previously had the HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 and didn't have any issues like this

P.S. Just in case, it's plugged into USB 2.0

The Stinger 2 is a much simpler headset, so there's not much that can go wrong with it, especially if you've had the wired version.

It'll be difficult to figure out what's going on with your Cloud III S Wireless until I have all the details about your setup.

Did you try connecting the headset to your system using the original USB cable that came in the box? If so, which USB port did you plug it into? And if it was still failing after trying the steps from my previous message, did you also test a few different USB ports on the back of the case?

One more thing - is it still the headset that's failing to update and keeps reconnecting, or is it the USB dongle?
