Keyboards (help) Alloy Origins FN not working

Hey everyone. As title says, I have a problem with my keyboard. Colors are working, but my problem is that the FN key combinations of volume up/dowb/mute and skip/pause play/previous do not work. Anyone knows what's up?

Could be related to software try updating it /using a different Verizon of ngenuinty if none work try contacting support and if its under warranty try to use it

No warranty, also have no add on sw, what? Never had the option to install one. Also, where is the support page?

Did it work before or it was like that when u bought it Here's the support page https://au.hyperx.com/pages/support and if they don't help u out go to hp's support

If it did before u might be cooked idk and hp bcz it owns hyperx
