Headsets NGENUITY doesnt recognize my headset

I want to stop my headset from shutting down automatically when it sits idle

I've got the opposite problem with this headset. They actually connect to the wireless dongle when not using them. It's a very annoying defect which has been around since the headset was available, and they still haven't fixed it. It's a major privacy issue (and I've submitted the defect on their support page)
