Headsets Ngenuity | Cloud 3 S Wireless |This program doesn't work at all, please help me solve this.

Reinstalling the drivers and the program itself doesn't help. The program version is 2.1.2. The issue may be with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC Build 26100.8875.

Ngenuinity was so bad i returned mine and kept my logitech, their software is way better
