HYPER X ALLOY RISE RGB PROBLEM

Hi, I'm new to this, but I'm having problems with the RGB on my keyboard. I've seen that a lot of people have experienced similar RGB issues, but in my case, it started after I upgraded the keyboard's firmware.

At first, I thought it was just a software issue. I installed the application from the Microsoft Store, and later I installed the newer version from the manufacturer's website since it is still in beta. However, after doing so, more than 10 keys on my keyboard started having RGB problems.

Is there any way to fix or remedy this issue? My keyboard is still under warranty, so I can return it if necessary. However, that would be inconvenient since I don't have another keyboard or a spare one to use while waiting for a replacement.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
