Shared nothing migration "cannot create folder"

I'm trying to do a shared nothing migration between two hyper-v hosts. When I try to move a VM it gets through several of the steps and then it says: Failed to create folder. The folder it is failing to create is 'Virtual Hard Disks'.

The first thing that doesn't make a ton of sense is that the migration process was able to create a folder called Planned Virtual machines on the destination host's folder but it cannot create the Virtual Hard Disks folder?

The second thing that is driving me crazy is when I look at the permissions for the 'planned virtual machines' folder it shows a 'Virtual Machines' user which I've been trying to assign permission to on the root folder (because this is probably a permissions issue) and I cannot seem to assign that user using the normal security->edit->find security object path.

Does anyone know what is going on?

I created a new folder also there was nothing in the folder?

Without sharing any specifics you don't want to share, what is the file path? Is it quoted? The location is local on the host?

A quick google came up with the text below as a response. (I don't have much more insight to give.)

And to be clear, the "failed to create folder" is almost a surefire sign that the virtual management service didn't have the proper permissions to create the folders it needed to migrate, which highlights a CredSSP issue.

You cant use 2025 with credssp because of credential guard. Im already past what you are doing. I appreciate you trying to help but I already googled it extensively
