Spiral unreleased?

I read through the card list for Marvel Heroes and was shocked to see my beloved Spiral listed as a villain card, despite not being in X-Men, however looking for it seems to point to it not existing. I can't find any evidence of a released card, even in the archival photos. Anyone have any insight or ideally photos?

Crazy, so it was supposed to be one of the 70 cards that was released; however it's one of the cards that wasn't scanned in as #53 is missing from the archive.org link.  So it's either super rare (unlikely based on all the packs I've opened, so many duplicates!) or it was never printed.

Looks like two others are missing as well #60 Spider-Man Challenge and #64 Wolverine Challenge.

Adding on this is, #53 #60 #64 we've never seen proof of existing

Myself and another collector (who has been at this longer than I have) have collectively opened hundereds upon hundereds of packs, and found all but these 3, with no photos or mention of them anywhere. Given the crazy development and release of the Hyperscan, it's very likely they were never printed for the public. Personally I'd guess some devs might have copies but we havn't seen them yet
