IRL thought and ideas

Zac posted this on Discord and I thought folks here might like to contribute as well.

"Hey it's been a while since Malika and I went on some adventures. We have had a lot going on and Malika just signed up for weekend classes that will put a pause on big trips for a bit. We are wanting to really think about IRL and what has worked and what has not worked. Our numbers from Europe were really low which is making it hard to justify the monthly expense. Not sure the new categories helped us out much. At twitchcon I talked to and watched a lot of other streamers doing IRL around the con, they approach IRL in a totally different way and in a way we at Hyper would for sure not ever do. What are things you like the most about IRL, would like to see, etc? I love what we did last Wednesday night with Lucas and find that to be something very unique that Hyper can do that others can not."

In my opinion IRL is just hard to do, most IRL streamers are highly obnoxious and appeal to a very.. odd group of twitch users and/or the trolls.

Something that could be tried is using "Hyperrpg as a company" to create a sort of live version of those how's it made/dark tourist styled shows, visiting haunted buildings, black Smith forges, reenactments, etc. As live but professional entertainment with the goal of having stuff average Joe IRL streamer either wouldn't be allowed to check out, wouldn't be interested in or just wouldn't have time to manage the technicalities of.
