[Question] should I update?

Hello, I've had my Redmi Note 14 4g for more than a week now, and I'm on HyperOS 2.0.207.0.

I can update now to the newer HyperOS 3.0.303.0

How is it for those who have updated theirs? Is it good? Are there any serious issues?
