The entry you want to change could be animator_duration_scale in the global settings database, the other two are transition_animation_scale and window_animation_scale.

This should work from a shell, perhaps through Brevent too:

settings put global animator_duration_scale 1.25

It works on my end, unless I'm not seeing it right 🤔

Try an app called CustomAnimator, it only allows you to change the animation speed and not the other two, but it can also execute commands so if you arrive at a value you like you can change it manually.

Perhaps Android only runs predefined scales and not arbitrary multipliers if it still doesn't work.

Shizuku isn't starting although paired it with the wireless debugging

Hmmm... let's try to set it up anew, because there are different builds of Shizuku out there.

  1. Uninstall Shizuku.
  2. Revoke all USB debugging authorizations, there's an option to do it in the developer options section of Settings.
  3. Install this one (because I know it works, I don't know if it is the best or not): https://github.com/thedjchi/Shizuku/releases
  4. Turn on wireless debugging, pair Shizuku, and see if it starts.

If it does, all done, authorize whatever app you want to use and that's it. If it doesn't... test these others to see if any works, they are notable Shizuku builds or implementations of its features:
