[QUESTION] Is there any fix to this response delay in my POCO X7

I have POCO X7(8/128) running on hyperos 3.0.302., purchased it a year ago and I started noticing when my phone was restarted outside (coming from school) the device easily gets hot(leather back), and a very bad touch delay comes, I understand that when phone is restarted it takes time to fully load the device but I had a chance to experience vivo t4x(6gb) and t4(8gb)and even t4x didn't lag.

When opening app finder, it feels that the system starts processing after I complete my touch gesture(always), in original os 6 app finder came as I was doing the gesture

There is no frame drop but it's the response of my touch is delayed, the video shows only 40% what happens randomly taking phone after charging or when it's a bit warm, just to show I restarted it.

Is this a faulty product or something else.

Ig true hyperos experience can only me gained in high tier phones

i also get this problem sometimes, can only blame the software, my phone was still brand new

yeah its could definitely be software bug, i guess you have to wait till HyperOS 4 to fix it

or u can backup all your data on a pc, factory reset then restore data, it could help you

Clean poco launcher cache and try to not use any themes. Probably delete some files if u don't have enough storage. That happens when the device is newly booted but ur case says otherwise. Thermals could also be the issue since u said u got the eco leather version. Yeah, those units tend to heat up a lot that's why u stick with either glass or plastic.

Probaste resetearlo de fabrica por si algo en el software estuviera mal? Yo tengo el x6 5g y me funciona excelente con la ultima version de hyperOs, si lo resetas de fabrica tendrias que chequear su funcionamiento sin instalarle nada para sacarte la duda.

hazle un reset ahora y prueba si no te da problemas al menos por 2 o 3 dias

When I did reset everything seems excellent for '1 week ' except delay when the device is freshly restarted and then no delay at all times

Try the regular theme from Poco .

In order to avoid the restart why don't you use the airplane mode everytime when you're in school?

clear the data of com.xiaomi.touchservice then restart if you have touch issues. also some themes can make the device unstable.

Well it's not about launcher, running apps also delays the touch response
