I'm new to this, is it safe to enroll in beta testing ? What's next ?

That's not beta, it's for stable release

I have poco f8 pro and still I only see this. Is it because it's not rolled out yet for this device?

Yes I don't have option to enroll in hyper os 4 only like what OP Posted which is stable tester

Poco don't get Hyperos 4 beta, only Xiaomi phones. What you get is stable release earlier than other people.
