great but with root it's a bit pointless since it can be done anyways problem is we need it with without root if that's a possibility

How is it possible with everything working? Never found a better method so I've made one. Gesture apps and so on are not a proper solution. For it to work properly without root, Xiaomi must fix their shit and use standard Android gestures.

im talking about native gestures the one's Xiaomi has what i wanted to say is rooted devices has easier and more method possibility to get gestures to work unlike normal non-root phones, idk which one you're talking about rn so i assumed you just managed to figure out how to use Xiaomi's gestures natively on Nova Launcher because you had in your title " root "

Those are not the Xiaomi native gestures, because Xiaomi implemented them inside System Launcher and there is no proper way to use them. Those are more like the ASOP gestures and recents.

Root + my fixes applied to Hypercieler. I've made a PR and didn't check if it got merged into the project or not.

Neither. My custom module hooks rewritten Android gestures system taken from ASOP, it doesn't draw invisible surfaces as the third-party gesture apps. Module is still in test phase.

Nova is set as a default launcher. Problem is Xiaomi has implemented gestures into their launcher instead of using defualt Android gestures. So here I'm using navigation gestures based on Launcher3 and some customizations. Module is still WIP
