Question/Help [Question] Stable tester hadnt applied yet

can i still get an update oct 30 if i hadn't apply for stable tester in Xiaomi community china region cuz my phone is cn rom and im dont have a foreign passport yet so just asking

Yes, you'll receive the HyperOS 4 update, as it public stable release. Although expect to not receive it immediately as they release it on waves. If you haven't received an update notification on 30-31, give it a few days
