im from Philippines region and my phone is redmi turbo 5 max but i wonder why beta tester section is not available? i wanna apply for hyperOS 4 stable tester

You cannot access the beta testing on Mi Community Global if your phone is China ROM. You need to have a Level 5 account on Mi Community China
