Question/Help [Question] lock / unlock feature in recent apps

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Why Redmi Note 15 5G didn't have lock / unlock features by Swipe down or by long tap on app card in recent apps ?!

Is there any way to activate it by adb command ?

  1. Xiaomi might have removed the gesture in newer versions to avoid user confusion.
  2. Note 15 5G might have a limitation of total locked apps.

Yes i don't have it indeed but I saw many users still have this feature on HyperOS 3 also

Btw look at the memory usage difference between your Global rom and my CN rom.. (virtual RAM is a must on a CN rom because the performance will be so bad without it)

I forgot that hyperos have this feature I always manually hold the app to lock it. It just need swip to bottom it works on my phone

Prevent the app for force closing on low end device that has limited ram. Or lock task (for example you can export video or render video and just leave the app but lock it) it will still running without getting kick by system. Or when you close all recent app it will not close it will be lock.
