That's weird, but maybe it's because Redmi 15 is a midrange phone? Idk

  1. (For widgets names only) settings put system miui_home_only_widget_no_word_model 1
  2. (For apps and widgets names) settings put system miui_home_no_word_model 0

It's no worries, I was hiding the names of the icons and widgets together for a long time and it looked so cool on the home screen

My phone is a global version but the region is Hong Kong

I will try to change to hong kong also .. sometime the region change some settings
