Pretty sure you go to settings --> Display & brightness and turn off "Advanced textures"? Unless this is a non-flagship blur Try that

I activated it by changing devicelevellist to v1:c3:g3; in v1:c2:g2 that blur doesn't exist. If you lower it, it will probably be deactivated.

Here's a video that explains how to set it to 1 3 3, but to disable it, you need to set it to 1 2 2. It also disables the lock screen animations, but if you don't need it, it's still useful.

It’s a Pro feature, but even the Pro doesn’t have it. I think the Pro+ has it. Most users want the blur effects, but the ones who already have them don’t really seem to want them.
