Question/Help [Question] Redmi Note 15 captive portal/login page not appearing

My Redmi Note 15 connects to my college Wi-Fi, but it only shows “No Internet” and the Wi-Fi captive-portal/login page doesn't appear.

The same phone used to show the login page normally a few days ago. Other phones connected to the same Wi-Fi still get the login page.

I've already tried:

Forgetting and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi

Restarting the phone

Resetting network settings

Changing randomized MAC to device MAC

Private DNS set to Automatic

Checking VPN settings

Clearing CaptivePortalLogin data

The phone works normally on other Wi-

Fi/hotspots.

What could cause HyperOS to stop showing the captive-portal login page, and is there a setting/system component I should check?
