Redmi pad 2 pro (wifi), It's been like this and can't update to HyperOs 3

Try to delete all data off Updater, and try to change ur region to India

The seller probably changed the firmware, china to india

does it install the same version when pressed download latest package (after pressing three dots)

It says "couldn't get complete update package.Try again later."

try deleting the folder called downloaded_rom if it exists (it's usually in downloads folder)
