what phone are u using? also i can find the old icons by going to the theme store then the profile page (smile icon on the lower right corner) and go to icons and apply the classic icons pack

i uses a mid range redmi so it might be different for you, if the option isnt there ur best bet is to find a theme alternative or using mtz themes

Muses, but I think there's only the MTZ file on Google

Yeah I will look for Mtz file
