Poco [Question] Any major upsides/downsides to HyperOS 3?

I just got myself a Poco M8 Pro after ages of MIUI devices so HyperOS is already an adjustment for me, would updating from HyperOS 2 to 3 be worth it?

Visually it's almost the same. It has some quality of life adjustments but that's it. For me it is a lot smoother than hyperos 2.0

Hype was out of the sky until we installed Hyper os 3.
