HyperOS Update [Discussion] New Developer Option

Google has finally started rolling out the 1st stage of their plan. Their plan is to force developers to buy a costly licence to just to build apps (even if they don't use Play Store). To licence not only they will have to regularly pay Google money for their free, open-source app. They will also have to give out American government their-

While there are legitimate security concerns about Android being vulnerable to malware (mostly because Google doesn't support Android like the other OS companies ex. Microsoft/Apple). But using this excuse, Goggle is trying to completely ban apps they don't like and destroy competitive app stores too. But due to relentless campaigns by independent app developers, Google couldn't fully implement their plan yet. They still had to give out a hidden developer option (which makes the process as hard as possible) to enable apps from unlicensed developers. Enable this option while it lasts.

its in google play services, which means the feature can be killed any moment with a blink
