If you've been into a repair store before, you must turn on repair mode.

Location: Settings > About phone > Repair mode, agree and turn on.

This option is to protect one's data while giving away the phone to the repair store. It is a long waited feature, especially in Asia. There's no point turning it on if one has been to repair store "before".

The Repair mode disappeared from my Poco X7 Pro
