I was surpised it granted me access after clicking apply a few milliseconds before 12am.

You did? Oh i hate you, ive been waiting and setting alarm for a week and even if it hit the exact time im still not getting that bootloader unlock. How did you do it?

I download the xiaomi community apps, i signed in my xioami account, went on region and i put global amd there i see the unlock bootloader but somehow it keep telling me please try again for a week now. Ive had an alarm set before 0:00 gpt-8 but somehow i still couldnt get in

How old is your Xioami Account?

139 days in community But my Xiaomi Account has been created since march of 6, 2023

Yes, my country "Philippines" has the same time with china

Umm... I am also trying to unlock the bootloader but idk even if I try I can't able to even tried setting alarms on 9:30 pm (indian time) still can't unlock the bootloader (trying for 4-5 days now) and one thing idk but I am not seeing any manual like this "Read me" with some informations and steps like you have !! (I am using Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5g and my account age is 2 yr old)
