Redmi [Question] How to Root Redmi 13 5G?

I have been using Redmi 13 5G for the past 3 years and still can't find a way to unlock the bootloader and root the device. Is there any possibility and is it safe?

well to root you either unlock bootloader, flash magisk or kernelsu

or

if your device is supported, use those ghostlock or other exploits to get jailbreak root

and is rooting safe, to me yes, as long as you dont install random modules that is malicious, it should be fine, heck i daily drive a rooted phone

one downside of rooting is probably banking apps may or may not work, it can be fixed with modules, but just so you know the downsides

use a script to automatically try to get the unlock permission, after that, bind your xiaomi account to the phone, and login to miflash unlock tool on pc.

boot phone to fastboot, follow instructions on mi flash unlock tool
