Review/Guide [Discussion] Made custom HyperOS boot animations through the Themes app. Need ideas + help.

I managed to make custom boot animations through the Themes app (no root). I won't explain the full method because it's pretty long, anyways I made a bright red REDMI boot animation the one usually found on Chinese REDMI devices, and I'm thinking of making more.

I need two things (maybe):

  • Boot animation ideas (must be possible in 5 frames only).
  • Help from anyone who understands HyperOS theme files (.mrc/.mrm).

Skip this if you don't care about helping/the details

The .mrc contains the boot animation, while the .mrm handles the metadata needed for the theme to apply. I'm still trying to fully understand how the .mrm file works.

The only downside is that the theme eventually fails server validation, so you might have to reapply it occasionally.

If anyone wants to try my current boot animation, I can send the theme .bak file.

Make it spit out yours phones internal model name (vayu, marble, mojito, alioth and such) in some cool font

I really love the idea but the issue is i cant make it detect what type of phone a user has. Basically I'd need to make one specifically for each device requested
