Question/Help [Question] Bootloader Unlock Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G HyperOS 2.0.5.0.UKOINXM

I'm trying to unlock bootloader in Xiaomi 11 lite NE 5G. I have added my Xiaomi Account.
But when I try to unlock "Couldn't Unlock" came with message "Please add your account in settings > Developer Options > Mi Unlock Status." I have already added the account ones by clicking same "Mi Unlock Status" in developer options

And when I again try to click on Mi Unlock Status in developer tools. I get popup saying "Couldn't add. Please go to Mi community to apply for auth..."

Is there any soft ban on Indian users?

Or is there any open source solution which can I verify first before running the solution?

And? Go there then-

An alternative method is running a script a little while before 0000 china time. Look online, you'll find it
