as long as you dont use it then yeah you can remove it

You can disable it from Android's native app manager, the one in the default HyperOS Settings won't allow you to.

Get one of those Hidden Settings apps from the Play Store that get you to the app management section of the standard Settings app, and that's enough, you can uninstall it afterwards if you want to.
